Costs of use and billing

The costs consist of a one-off basic fee per stay of €20 (only when used) and a consumption-based usage fee, currently €0.40 per kwh.

By issuing the code for removing the key, the user fee of €20 and the electricity costs due to ongoing use are incurred.
If there are two guest parties on the facility, we will charge the costs to the party who had the whirlpool unlocked first and thus received the key. If both parties want to use the whirlpool, any offsetting between the two parties must be agreed individually - the digital counters allow our guests a transparent allocation among themselves. Please understand that we cannot make this division as we do not know who is using the whirlpool and when.

You will be informed of the costs incurred on the day of departure and must be left in cash in the apartment on departure.

If you want to use the jacuzzi, please let us know. We will then give you the code for the key safe in the fitness room labeled Whirlpool. This safe contains the key to open the hot tub cover.

1) Key for the jacuzzi in gym 1

In fitness room 1 (accessible from the outside on the right side of the house on the ground floor through fitness room 2) there are small key safes on the wall next to the entrance door.

Enter the 4-digit code on the safe for the whirlpool (symbol image shows sauna) and press down the small silver-colored lever to the left of the number entry. You can then remove the key. Please deposit the key back in the safe after you have finished using the whirlpool.

2) Activate the whirlpool in fitness room 1

The power supply of a house connection in Italy is significantly lower than a German house connection. In Casa Albero there are many consumers with high load behavior (air conditioning, pool heating, whirlpool and sauna). For this reason, the whirlpool, pool heating, pool counter-current system and sauna cannot be switched on at the same time. By default, the whirlpool, pool heating and counter-current system are activated, the switch (photo on the right) is set to "0", as can be seen in the picture.

Please check this and set the switch to position 0 (= whirlpool and pool heating / pool counter-current system). Please make sure that nobody is heating up the sauna at the same time, otherwise it would be deactivated.

3) Use the hot tub

The whirlpool is heated to 39 degrees, the heating normally runs from 10:00 - 23:00. For bathing, please remove the cover and then put it back on immediately so that energy does not escape unnecessarily.

Turn on whirlpool pumps and lights on the whirlpool. When entering the whirlpool on the right there is a 12 volt switch where the light and the bubble pumps can be switched on. To the left towards the whirlpool is the light, next to it are the two pumps. Please switch off the pumps and the light again after use.
