Sustainability - positive energy balance

Enjoy your holiday with a clear conscience. The house offers you many nice amenities (heated pool, sauna, whirlpool, air conditioning, etc.) for a great holiday, which of course require a certain amount of energy to operate. We want you to be able to use this on your holiday with a clear conscience without leaving a negative ecological footprint.

We have therefore equipped all roof areas of the house and the pergolas with photovoltaics in order to be able to produce as much energy as possible ourselves. Calculated over the year, the system has a positive energy balance - benefiting from 300 days of sunshine, Casa Albero produces more energy than it needs and feeds it into the local power grid.

Of course, we also have a wall box on site for charging your e-car if you are traveling with it.

Specifically, the following has been implemented:

• Photovoltaic system 1:

3-phase with 26 KW photovoltaic cells, 18.2 KW inverter power and 36 KW storage

• Photovoltaic system 2:

1-phase with 8 KW photovoltaic cells, 6 KW inverter power and 6 KW storage

• efficient Viessmann VitoCal 250 heat pump for hot water and underfloor heating

• efficient heat pump for pool heating

• efficient inverter air conditioners of the latest generation for cooling and heating in all bedrooms

• Wall box for e-car
