We hope you had a nice stay at Casa Albero and that you felt comfortable. Unfortunately, every holiday comes to an end... but maybe we'll see each other again soon.

Please leave the holiday home no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Our cleaning staff has to get the entire facility back in shape in a very short time window, so we ask them for their active help.

Please do the following things before you leave:

  • Notifying us if something is broken or defective (if not reported in advance)
  • Crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. washed back into the cupboards, analogous to games or other things put back in their place
  • Rubbish separated in the rubbish bins at the rubbish storage location, residual rubbish and plastic rubbish must be in rubbish bags
  • Garbage can of the respective day outside at the pick-up location
  • Bedding and linens stripped in bedrooms
  • Barbecue and fireplace (if used) cleaned (please do not use a vacuum cleaner, as this would damage it)
  • Chairs, tables, lounge furniture, pool loungers and parasols must be put back in their original position
  • Safe opened and key inserted
  • When booking the entire facility, the inventory is again divided into the apartments according to the inventory lists.
  • The keys are returned in the same way as you received them or handed over directly to our cleaning staff if they are on site when you leave.


Since the apartments are rented out on the same day, our cleaning staff has

the order to take a photo of all damage / damage / missing items that you can do or remove immediately and to do or commission them immediately. Due to time constraints, there will be no consultation with you, of course you will receive the image material and a cost statement below. Please understand that we have to charge you for this work at a flat rate of at least €30/hour plus travel, and if specialists/other people are called in, their costs. For the sake of simplicity, we deduct these expenses from the deposit, or if this is not sufficient, we must also charge you for it. If the apartments cannot be re-let due to the damage you have caused, we must also charge you for these follow-up costs. Please help to avoid this.
