Shopping for daily needs

In Imperia, in the districts of Oneglia (journey time by car approx. 12 minutes) and Porto Maurizio, all the large supermarket chains are represented, where you can get all the everyday necessities. There are no shops within walking distance near the house.

Comfort consumer electricity
Of course, all necessary consumers are included in your holiday price. In addition, we want to offer you certain services (including pool heating, whirlpool, sauna, wall box) which are unfortunately very energy-intensive. We want to give you maximum flexibility as to which comfort consumers you want to use on your holiday, which is why we have introduced the pay-per-use principle for this. You only pay for the electricity of the comfort consumer that you want to consume, minus tolerance flat rates, see also ancillary costs.

Kitchen equipment ground floor

When you are on holiday, you often have more time to cook and therefore want to have valuable and sufficient utensils to hand when you are on holiday. In our opinion, the kitchens are equipped with everything you should need for cooking and culinary enjoyment on holiday.

In Imperia, the garbage must be strictly separated and made available outside the property on the appropriate days.

parking spaces

Casa Albero is in a secluded location. There is therefore no shortage of parking spaces. You can park your car either on the side of the street or next to the garage entrance. Both parking options belong exclusively to Casa Albero and offer enough space for several vehicles.

pool

We wish you a lot of fun in the pool and have automated what needs to be automated - but we need your active help with two things. There is small pool service during your stay.

Power failure

In Imperia, like almost everywhere in Italy, the power supply is unfortunately not always stable. Storms can quickly lead to overvoltages and power failures. These often lead to fuses failing in Casa Albero. The main fuse is an automatic restart fuse that usually turns itself on again within seconds.

If this should exceptionally not work, you will find an overview of all backups that can be manually switched on again here.

Even with 300 sunny days a year there is rain and storms. On the coast, weather conditions also change very quickly. Please always secure the facility when you leave it and in rain and storms as follows:

wall box

A wall box with a maximum charging capacity of 7 kW is available to you. Billing is based on consumption.

Please understand that independent charging using a household socket is strictly forbidden and a contractual penalty would be incurred in the event of infringement - unfortunately we had to make bad experiences because a socket and cable overheated as a result caused us great damage.

A washing machine is available on the ground floor, but this is not possible on the upper floor for reasons of space. There are also various laundromats in Imperia.

Surely you have followed the water emergency in Italy 2022 in the press. Water is a precious commodity in the south, also at Casa Albero.
