Tree house in Imperia

The city of Imperia consists of the two formerly independent districts of Porto Maurizio in the west and Oneglia in the east, as well as various surrounding districts such as Sant'Agata.

Casa Albero belongs to the district of Sant' Agata, but is geographically located somewhat above the small district in a secluded location with only a few neighbors.

The property is about 5 km above Oneglia. One can be in Oneglia by the sea in about 12 minutes by car, and the beaches of Porto Maurizio are about 5 minutes to the west. Alternatively you can go to the coast by bus (approx. 8 min steep walk to the bus stop from the house) or by bike. Theoretically, you can also walk into town, but we would recommend other routes for hiking. It is a steep, sometimes narrow road, we do not recommend walking - especially not in the hot summer months.

It is important to know that there is no infrastructure with shops for everyday life within walking distance of the house, but you are in an idyllic, exposed location with a wonderful view of mountains and sea in a luxurious property, embedded in the typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The ideal place to enjoy - and in a few minutes you can be in the hustle and bustle of the city and the beaches if you wish.
