Whale Watching

A wonderful experience to see whales, dolphins, rays and tuna in their natural habitat on the open sea. The departure from Imperia is usually at 11:00 am from the port of Porto Maurizio and lasts about 4 hours, half an hour before you should be at the jetty. After about 30 minutes drive you reach a sea depth of 2000/2500 meters and from there you have to "keep an eye out".

It is very important to give your mobile phone number, as in the event of rough seas or storms, the tour could be canceled and you would then receive a cancellation SMS. On board are marine biologists who explain everything in English and Italian.
It is very important to take enough sun protection and, if necessary, something to eat with you, as you are "exposed" to the sun for half a day on the open upper deck of the ship. Drinks are available for purchase on the boat.
