Special prices - wintering in the south

In the period from the beginning of November to the 3rd week of December and from the 2nd week of January to the end of the 3rd week of March, we offer a 50% discount on the daily rate for longer bookings of 3 weeks or more, and a 30% discount for 2 weeks.

The additional costs cannot be discounted.

With 300 days of sunshine and no fog, we're in season all year round. Start hiking/biking from the front door into the Maritime Alps or down into the city on the new cycle path along the sea, then to the in-house fitness studio, whirlpool with sea view and sauna with panoramic glass front and view of the sea and the mountains and then the cozy open fire enjoy the fireplace.

These prices include all common consumption costs, including electricity and water in the house, with the exception of optional comfort consumers. Only the costs listed in the additional costs section are added to the above prices.

The information given above is only used for the indicative calculation of the expected rental price. According to the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV), a total price including all rental components must be specified. This total price will be calculated and communicated by us after a specific booking request has been made. Alternatively, you can calculate this yourself in advance using our booking calendar or the price calculation below.

Price calculation: The total price for your holiday is calculated as follows:

Number of days (always 7 days per week) * daily rate

final cleaning

Tourist tax €2 per day from 14 years, but max. €10 per person and stay

bed linen and towels (2 small / 1 large) per person / stay 17.5 €

= total price

Plus the cost of comfort consumers, if desired by you.

Example calculation:

Arrival on the ground floor with 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children 15 and 13, from 02.-16. 09.2023

7 * 255€ = 1785€ (02.-09.09.23 - in this period the price for 4 and 6 people is the same)

7 * 175€ = 1225€ (09.09.-16.09.)

100€ final cleaning (with 4 people the studio is locked and there are no cleaning costs)
