Where will you stay?
The living area of the property is divided into 2 completely separate residential units, there are no internal stairs in the house, both residential units have separate entrances:
- the upper floor (Casa Albero OG) with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living area offers enough space for 4 guests
- the ground floor (Casa Albero EG) and studio with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living area offers enough space for 6 guests. The studio, consisting of a bedroom and a bathroom, is located on the ground floor and is only rented together with this if more than 4 people want to vacation on the ground floor. The studio is also not rented out on its own as it has no cooking facilities.
Of course, both units can be rented together, ideal for large families, families with several generations or 2 families who are friends. In this case, the entire property is at your disposal, there are no other residential units on the site.

Imperia Umgebung
Imperia ist eine Provinzhauptstadt in Ligurien, an der Blumenriviera gelegen, nahe zur französischen Grenze.
Die Stadt liegt auf halber Strecke zwischen Genua und Nizza, eingebettet neben mondänen Badeorten wie San Remo und Alassio.
