Weber gas grill on the ground floor

On the ground floor there is a high-quality 4-flame gas grill Weber Genesis II E-410 GBS gas grill. In the kitchen you will find grill utensils, gloves and drip trays made of aluminum

Below is some information about the device with the request for attention so that everyone can enjoy the great grill for a long time:

• Familiarize yourself with the manual below before operating the device.
• Always store the grill with the cover and under the pergola to protect it from rain. Please note that the grill hood may only be opened after the grill has completely cooled down, otherwise it will melt.
• Check that the aluminum drip tray is centered under the grill and not full, as is the lower stainless steel pan. In the kitchen you will find replacement aluminum trays. Leaking grease on the floor is difficult to clean up and you will have ants and other bugs in the morning.
• Before grilling, check whether there is still enough gas in the bottle and whether a filled spare bottle is available. You can recognize a filled replacement bottle by the plastic seal (see left picture below). If you want to change a gas bottle, please note that the grill is made in Germany and the gas bottles are from Italy. To use the Italian bottles you need an adapter. In order to be able to change this, there is an open-end wrench under the gas bottle attached to the grill. With this you can change the adapter. If you break the spare bottle, please get a new spare bottle, so that the following guests can also enjoy a stress-free barbecue experience. The address of the shop is linked below. Please clean the grill after every grilling session. If leftovers from the grill are not removed, this will attract small animals and we will otherwise have to charge you for cleaning the grill.

Scrub the grate intensively with the grill brush (the grill brush lies/hangs on the grill, alternatively one is available in the local supermarkets) and then let the grill "burn" at the highest temperature for about 10 minutes. Smaller grease residues are thereby burned off.

Please check whether grease residue has dripped down and remove it.

If the drip tray (middle picture) is full, please replace it. Under the sink you should find spare bowls. Please only use this as a drip tray and not for other purposes.

Please also clean the lower (right picture) large drip tray.
