During your stay there is none external pool service. In principle, the following factors are important for untroubled bathing fun:
1) Pool maintenance or pool chemistry
Even if a pool is filtered regularly, a certain pool chemistry is essential. We have set the chemical values at the lower limit of what is possible to allow as few chemical elements as possible to get into the water.
Therefore, please make sure to shower before each bath,
as especially sunscreen in the water is the biggest challenge of any pool and tipping over can cause "discoloration into a green pool".
2) water level
In the hot summer months, a lot of water can evaporate. Please check the water level on site and, if necessary, top up the water manually as described below.
3) Dirt in the pool
Please use the net and pool cleaning robot as described below to clean the pool of leaves etc.

The pool is controlled with a digital and fully automatic system. This regulates the filter times as well as the pH and chlorine level of the pool. If irregularities should occur here, messages are automatically sent to us. In the hot summer months, it may be necessary to fill the pool with additional chlorine manually in the form of chlorine tablets. In this case we would contact you and send you instructions on how much manual help would have to be given.
If, contrary to expectations, you should notice a discoloration of the water, please contact us immediately via whatsapp!
water level
In the summer months, a small amount of water is automatically refilled every day to compensate for evaporation. This is difficult to calculate in hot months and we have had bad experiences with sensors.
If you should find that the pool has too little water, please fill it up with the water hose lying on the property.
Der optimale Wasserstand ist ungefähr in der Mitte des Skimmers (Wasserabsauger) mit einer Toleranz von ca. 4 cm nach oben und nach unten. Wenn zuwenig Wasser im Pool ist kann es auch zu "Gluckergeräuschen" führen da dann Luft angesaugt wird.
