What can YOU expect?
The modern holiday home Casa Albero is situated on one of the most beautiful hills in a secluded location with incomparable sea views in a vineyard and surrounded by olive groves on a 11,000m² plot in a 3,500m² fenced Mediterranean garden. The property is about 300 m above sea level above the district of Santa Agata. Imperia town and the beaches can be reached in 12 minutes by car on a typical country road.
The house is divided into 2 separate apartments with their own entrances:
- the upper floor (Casa Albero OG) with 2 bedrooms and space for 4 guests
- the ground floor (Casa Albero EG / Studio) with 3 bedrooms and space for 6 guests.
Both apartments have TV (satellite TV and therefore German/English programs) and WiFi. The WLAN is a country-specific SAT WLAN connection with a maximum download speed of 30 GB.
Each apartment is allocated its own large terrace, on which there is an outdoor table with 8 seats, lounge furniture and a Weber grill.
The pool area is shared. The heated pool has a size of 8*4 meters.
The Mediterranean garden has various terraces and sunbathing areas and offers enough space on various terraces for sunbathing or undisturbed relaxation in the shade, for example in the double hammock with an impressive sea view.
The property is also perfect for two families who are friends or a large family to book both apartments together and thus rent the entire complex alone.
The owners do not live on the property, the entire facility is available to holiday guests.

On request, Giulia has capacities in the morning for an individual sports program (acqua gym, aerobics, plates etc.) for adults and children as well as children's animation / supervision. She has several years of experience in regional hotels in this area, especially with children, and is bilingual (Italian and English). If necessary, we will be happy to put you in touch.

Official registration number: 008031-LT-1082
In your own interest, look out for holiday homes with an official registration number. Only houses that can identify this number are legal holiday homes that have been checked and registered by the local authorities (here Commune di Imperia).
An open word...
Unfortunately, the roads in Liguria are not comparable to the German roads. Although the house is on an official street of the city of Imperia, a typical Ligurian street...
... but that doesn't mean that the road is correspondingly wide and pothole-free. The driveway is therefore with lowered cars definitely not recommended . The road is narrow in some places and you have to expect to drive into the next turning point in the event of oncoming traffic, reverse and avoid possible potholes while driving slowly. But you can also drive on the road with voluminous SUVs (BMW X5, X7, Cayenne, Q7...) or vans (VW Bus, V Class...).
