Dear guests, we wish you a great holiday at Casa Albero and hope that you will feel at home with us.

Please note a few things during your vacation so that we can all continue to enjoy the facility:

Security:

- We have not experienced a burglary in our house in Imperia for 20 years. However, we recommend that you always secure valuables in the safes and always lock the house, with the green shutters and closed shutters when you are away. We assume no liability for theft or loss, and there is no insurance for this.

Sanitary facilities:

- The sewage pipes in Italy have smaller cross-sections than in Germany. So please don't throw anything in the toilets. It can lead to blockages and bad odors because it cannot be broken down by the in-house sewage treatment plant. Please only use Italian toilet paper and do not dispose of any hygiene items in the toilet - both can quickly clog the pipes and cannot be removed by the sewage treatment plant. For the disposal of hygiene items, there are bags in the dispenser above each toilet and a bathroom waste bin.

To the garbage:

- Please separate the rubbish and hang the bins on the hooks on the street on the appropriate days. Please only use the trash cans in the kitchen and bathrooms with bags.

To the pool

- Please put towels under the pool cushions.

- Please do not take any glasses into the pool area, we have provided you with special plastic glasses for this purpose. Please wash them immediately by hand, they do not tolerate the dishwasher.

- Please do not go into the pool with sunscreen on, as sunscreen is one of the biggest challenges for pool maintenance.

- If the pool gets dirty due to strong wind, please use the pool cleaning robot and let it run and fish out leaves with the net. If the water level drops sharply due to strong evaporation, please refill with water using the hose.

outdoor area:

- The automatic race sprinkler is in operation daily around 10:00 p.m. Please do not leave anything on the lawn as this could damage the retractable lawn sprinklers when they are extended.

- The flower boxes look forward to some water, especially on warm days. It would be nice if they could give you some water.

Kitchen/dining room:

- Please do not put the knives of the knife block in the dishwasher, otherwise they will quickly become blunt.

- Please wash the plastic glasses by hand and not in the dishwasher.

- Please only use the high-quality solid walnut tables with coasters for glasses to prevent stains.

Grill:

- Please cover the gas grill on the ground floor with the weatherproof hood after use (and cleaning). Please do not put them on until the grill has completely cooled down.

Leaving the house / storm protection

Even with 300 sunny days a year there is rain and storms. On the coast, weather conditions also change very quickly. Even on a day when the sun is shining in the morning, there can be storms and rain at noon, usually only briefly, violently and heavily. Please always secure the facility when you leave it and in rain and storms as follows:

- Close all green shutters and lower the blinds - the interior windows are not completely watertight on their own in heavy rain

- Fold in all parasols, if necessary also take them out of the stand (also always overnight)

- Secure the spa cover with the cords

- Store lounger cushions and cushions in the house or under pergolas so that they are storm-proof

General:

- Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms in the house. Windproof ashtrays are available. If these are used outdoors, please clean them again after use.

- If you bring your beloved pet with you, please do not let it rest on the sofa, lounge, etc. and only on the blankets you have brought with you. Please let the dogs do their business outside the facility, if something happens in the facility please remove it immediately, please also remove "peeing" with a water hose.

- Please remove all leftover food, crumbs, etc., otherwise this will immediately attract bugs such as ants.

- Please always close all doors and windows during the day. The house is in a secluded location and there are some animals in the adjacent olive groves and vineyards that you do not want in the house.
