Costs of use and billing

The costs consist of a consumption-based usage fee, currently €0.40 per kwh.

By issuing the code for key removal, the electricity costs are incurred through ongoing use.
If there are two guest parties on the system, we will charge the costs to the party who had the wallbox activated first and thus received the key. If both parties want to use the wall box, any offsetting between the two parties must be agreed individually - the digital counters allow our guests to transparently divide the costs among themselves. Please understand that we cannot make this division as we do not know who is using the wallbox at what time.

You will be informed of the costs incurred on the day of departure and will be deducted from the deposit.

Activation, access and rules of use

If you want to use the wallbox, please let us know. We will then give you the code for the key safe in the fitness room labeled Wallbox. This safe contains the key to activate the wallbox.

ATTENTION: Please activate and deactivate the wallbox with the key, otherwise unauthorized persons could also use the wallbox and you would have to be responsible for the power consumption.

1) Key for the wall box in fitness room 1

In fitness room 1 (accessible from the outside on the right side of the house on the ground floor through fitness room 2) there are small key safes on the wall next to the entrance door.

Enter the 4-digit code on the safe for the wall box (symbol image shows sauna) and press down the small silver-colored lever to the left of the digit entry. You can then remove the key. Please put the key back in the safe when you leave.

2) Activate the Wallbox on the outside of the garage

The Wallbox is switched on with the key switch. In the middle position, the key can be inserted and removed. Turn it on by turning it to the right, turn it off by turning it to the left.
