Grill - I would like to use the outdoor grill. What do I have to consider?

In both apartments (ground floor and first floor) there are grills on the terraces. There is a 4-flame Weber gas grill on the ground floor and a Weber wood grill on the upper floor. Charcoal and lighters can be purchased from the local supermarkets, gas for the gas grill is available from gas dealers (see address under Shopping in the "During your holiday" section). The grills can of course be used. If the grills are used, the oven must be completely cleaned again before departure. If this is not done, our pearl has to take care of it and we have to deduct the expense from the deposit.

Fireplace - I would like to use the fireplace. What do I have to consider?

In both apartments (ground floor and first floor) there are built-in fireplaces with viewing panes and these can of course be used. Please never put more than 4-5 pieces of wood in the fireplace so that it doesn't get too hot.

Firewood can be purchased at local hardware stores. If the ovens are used, the oven must be completely cleaned again before departure. There is a shovel-broom set that can be used for cleaning, as well as a spray for cleaning the pane. Under no circumstances should the vacuum cleaner be used - otherwise it will be defective afterwards! If the cleaning does not take place, unfortunately our pearl has to do it and we have to deduct the effort from the deposit.

I want sole use of the entire property. How can I book this?

If the ground floor and the first floor are booked, the system is for sole use. The studio is not rented separately - it can only be booked together with the ground floor.

Is there a washing machine I can use?

It is planned to install a washing machine on the ground floor in summer 2023. The cost of use is yet to be determined. There is and will not be a washing machine on the upper floor for reasons of space.

Towels - How many towels do I get per person?

One shower towel 140x70 cm and two normal towels 80x50 cm are provided per person.

Shops/Restaurants Within Walking Distance - Are there any convenience stores, restaurants or bars within walking distance?

No, the property is in a secluded location above the district of Sant Agata. There are shops / restaurants or bars only in Imperia in the districts of Oneglia or Porto Maurizio.

Linen and towels - Can I bring my own?

No, bed linen and towels are provided by us.
